Price Conditions
B&B: Complete breakfast with a warm selection included. 15% discount for single occupancy on all regular/special offer prices.
Apartment:  For each extra person over 2 persons = €5 each per night (Children under 3 are free).
 
All prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings are accepted in the order they are received. We are a small business and to avoid extra costs, we prefer cash upon arrival. As an extra service, you can choose to pay via Paypal, please see link below.  
 
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are not required when booking with us. In doing this, either sides do not need to incur bank transfer or
credit card costs etc.
 
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly!

There is no cancellation fee or penalty. We trust that our guests will inform us at their earliest opportunity if a travel disruption will result in a cancellation. This we would appreciate as we could then have the possibility to rebook the room.
 
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in after 3pm, Check-out latest 12pm (flexible if possible)
 
Additional Services (Prices include all taxes)

For both the B&B rooms and the apartment, we could accommodate long-term rentals. Prices to be negotiated.
